Affiliate disclosure
Plainly put: when you book a Savannah River cruise through our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and no tour operator can pay for placement.
When a booking earns us a fee
Every "Check Price & Availability" button, and every in-text link that goes to a tour listing, points to GetYourGuide or Viator and carries our affiliate tag. If you book after clicking one, the platform pays us a percentage of its own commission. Your price is identical to the price you would see going to the listing directly.
We also link to real nearby hotels through Expedia, using the Travelpayouts affiliate network, in the "Where to Stay" section on the homepage. The same rule applies: if you book through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and no hotel can pay for placement.
Those are the only affiliate networks on this site right now. If we add another, this page and the sitewide footer disclosure will name it before the first link goes live, not after.
None of it changes what we write
- Ordering. The twenty-three cruises are grouped into seven categories, from sunset sails to private charters, and sorted by published reviews where they exist. No operator can buy a position here.
- Nothing held back. All twenty-three tours are on the site, even the 35-passenger private charter that has no published reviews yet and the harbor trolley combo with just a dozen.
- What we say about them. Expensive options are labeled as expensive, including the $1,195 private sunset charter for up to 35 passengers and the $92.52 buffet dinner cruise with live entertainment. Cheaper picks, like the $41.82 sightseeing cruise, are noted too. When a listing leaves the operator unstated, we say that plainly rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Where each number comes from
Ratings and review counts on this site come straight from the live listings, from the 4.0 across 3,601 reviews on the 90-minute sightseeing cruise down to the single review on the 14-passenger private charter. Small counts are shown as they are, never rounded up or averaged away. Prices are from-prices in US dollars, starting at $41.82 and climbing to $1,195 for the largest private charter, and they shift with travel dates, so every tour page points you to the live booking page for the current figure.
Booking without us
Look up the operator by name, Savannah Riverboat Cruises or Savannah Harbor Cruises for most trips, and reserve directly. A cruise you enjoy matters more to us than a click. Browsing by category and the guides are useful research whether or not you book through anything here.
